I recently just dropped the first episode of “Behind the Scene with Teah” podcast and you already know, I’m pulling back the curtain and keeping it all the way real. Waiting for the right time, the right person, the right amount of money? Nah. You are the best investment you’ll ever make. Start showing up for yourself.
Motivation Is Cute—But Discipline Gets Results
Let’s be real. Motivation comes and goes. Discipline? That’s the game-changer. Show up even when you don’t feel like it.
Your People Matter
Surround yourself with women who get it—who cheer you on, hold you accountable, and remind you why you started. Your circle should pour into you, not drain you.
Don’t Let People Talk You Out of What God Put in You
Too many women have let other people’s fears kill their vision. Your calling is YOURS. Protect it. Nurture it. Walk in it.
Name It to Tame It
You can’t fight what you won’t face. Identify what’s holding you back—fear, doubt, perfectionism—and then make a plan to push past it.

There is no perfect time, there’s only here and now. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!!! Stop sitting on gold. Stop hiding your brilliance. The world needs what you carry, and it’s time to show up boldly. So go ahead—start scared, start small, but for the love of growth, START.
